Returns Policy: All Sales are Final!

Once the payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to the buyer. 

We are not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. 

If something doesn't fit because we sent the wrong size, please email us within 24 hours. 

If something doesn't fit because the consumer ordered the wrong size, please email us within 24 hours to discuss a possible exchange!

We are not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. 

If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email us, Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!

We are not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting us. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. 

We are not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND. 

All Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days and typically take 14-17 business days to arrive. 

USPS DELAYS: Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.

PRE-ORDERS: Occasionally we give you the option to Pre-Order an item if there is a high demand. If a pre-order option is allowed, you will see "pre-order" in front of the products name. 

International Shipping: At this time, we are shipping US only. This is due to increased shipping expense to ship worldwide. We are working hard to be able to offer worldwide shipping in the near future!

Made to order by hand. 7-35 business day lead time. Lead times can vary due to seasonal traffic and shipping delays.

In a rush / need by a targeted date? Please let us know and we can accommodate for a fee.

New clients, please remember to size yourself before ordering! Wrong-size orders will not be refunded or exchanged.

Custom sets are not refundable after the first 24 hours of ordering. This is custom work made to your wishes and so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you wish to cancel your order, please email jordoluxcoteam@gmail.comi within 24 hours of your purchase.

Waist beads are created in the longest length chosen when ordering (for example if you order 30-35in, the waist bead will be 35 inches). All custom orders are made in your custom size.

 Currently, all of our waist beads are custom-made, crafted specifically for each individual order. Rest assured that your order will be lovingly created within a timeframe of 20-40 business days. That is just the nature of our hand made business at this time.
